The interior is a rich, golden orange with gorgeous pink streaks which increase as the fruit ripens. Flavour is robust, balanced and fruity, production is high and the fruits are large, easily up to 400g. It's gorgeous sliced thickly for a tomato salad, and the fruits are really meaty so great for sauces and canning too!
