Ochre Symphony, like every one of Sofia Saakova’s creations, is beautiful and highly productive. It is a strong vine with wispy leaves, which will easilly reach the top of your greenhouse and then keep going! These plants produce big trusses of ochre coloured oxhearts with green stripes, from mid season until the frost stops them. Very similar in flavour to Ochre Veil, but without the “veil” of antho colouring. A real winner, if you like big, fruity flavour.
Indeterminate plants are vigorous plants with a vining tendency. They set their fruits at intervals along their stems, and will readily grow side shoots and suckers (shoots from ground level). They need good, strong support, and it is advisable to remove the majority of the side shoots and suckers unless you have plenty of space and fertile soil to allow them to grow to their full potential.
