Irregular beefsteak, purple fruits with green shulders hang in generous clusters, just begging to be picked and put in a tomato sandwich! They are firm and meaty, with a nice ratio of flesh to gel, they look visually stunning when you cut into them, and the flavour is intense, sweet, smokey, umani, rich, with just enough acidity to balance it beautifully.
