Lucky Bling

£4.50

Lucky Bling is a new release from Craig LeHoullier, stabilised from a cross between Blue’s Bling x Little Lucky. It produces absolutely fabulous variegated potato leaf foliage which holds its variegation all through the summer. Fruits are large slicers, with stunning bicolour patterning which sometimes holds onto a bit of green, too. But the best bit? Wow these are tasty. This might have just topped my chart for bicolours.

Indeterminate, variegated potato leaves, mid season production, and did well outdoors

Indeterminate plants are vigorous plants with a vining tendency.  They set their fruits at intervals along their stems, and will readily grow side shoots and suckers (shoots from ground level).  They need good, strong support, and it is advisable to remove the majority of the side shoots and suckers unless you have plenty of space and fertile soil to allow them to grow to their full potential.  See the guide on pruning indeterminates in the resources section of the website for tips.
