A Wild Boar Farms classic variety, developed by Brad Gates. Large plum-shaped cherry tomatoes with vivid colours and high anthocyanin. Stores very well, and has a long hang time on the plant. The skin is on the thicker side with a crunchy texture, holding tonnes of juice and seeds, so great for fresh eating. Mild and fruity taste, ideal for adding a splash of colour to salads, salsas and sandwiches. Indeterminate, regular leaf, heavy producer. Does well outside.
Indeterminate plants are vigorous plants with a vining tendency. They set their fruits at intervals along their stems, and will readily grow side shoots and suckers (shoots from ground level). They need good, strong support, and it is advisable to remove the majority of the side shoots and suckers unless you have plenty of space and fertile soil to allow them to grow to their full potential.
