Gorgeous, big beefsteaks! This is a split from Sofia Saakova’s variety Bliss, which was selected by Tantjana Nagle. It differs from the original in having significant striping on the skin. This variety is a true tri-colour, with antho too. Externally, large, lobed beefsteaks are striped in green, yellow and red, with antho shoulders and streaks overlayed. Internally, the flesh is green and yellow, with red veining originating at the base, and spreading theroughout the fruit as it ripens. It appears to be stable, despite being an early selection. It could still throw out splits.
